Hello all

My name is Kelli and I am new to this part of the board. I have been on JM for a while now, but mostly stayed in TTC#1.

Long story short we were referred to an RE by my OBGYN because of my issues (crazy long cycles.. don't O until CD30 or later) and DH's sperm quality. Low volume and motility... not sure what the rest is. I didn't get a copy of the latest results because all I would do is stress over it and spend way to much time on google than I already do. Also because of our age... I will be 30 next month and DH will be 31. I know its not old, but things aren't going to improve only continue to decline as we get older.

Tomorrow I am going for my CD3 bloodwork and start my BCP. The nurse said they will probably give me some other prescriptions as well.

I am a teacher and so things have worked out really well starting IVF in the summer. Its a lot less stress not dealing with students and having a break.

I am really really excited about this and trying to be really optimistic. Finding this part of the board has been really helpful and I have enjoyed reading the success stories.

Thanks so much ladies! I have learned so much from everyone here.

I had my CD3 bloodwork done today and the nurse went ahead and did my consultation while I was there because she had time! YAY!

We went over my calendar and have a "rough schedule" and I got my prescriptions. Holy cow its a lot! Haha. I am not as freaked out now as I was before after talking to her. They make the process very organized which helps me out a lot.

If everything goes smoothly I will have the retrieval the week of July 19th. She said it would fall within that week and then the transfer 5 days after that!

Yey it is great to have a date. I found out like 5 days before my transfer. LOL. I am a planner so I would have loved to know when but my body responded really well so there was not a lot of control over it. Anyway keep us posted. And ask questions! I found talking about what was going on was the best thing especially with girls that have been there.

Hey Kelli! I'm not sure how I found you over here, but I didn't realize you guys were moving forward with the IVF. That is so exciting!!! I really hope the relaxing summer will make this IVF a success!

I'm so happy that we're in this together. I really want us to join the grads together. You will me a few weeks ahead of me. Our transfer is around the 9th August.
I know what you mean I'd have to post a re intro in ttc#1 its been so long and I only know one or two there now. I remember the days when I knew everyone and everything about them.

Yes there are a LOT of new girls in TTC#1. I went to post, but I just didn't feel like using the energy to type something out.. haha. But I know what you mean. When I first joined there were so many ladies posting and I got to know a lot of them. Good thing we can still keep in touch that one other way
