Hello Ladies,
I am such a newbie...as I just joined the club today! I am so excited that ET is FRIDAY (just 3 days away).
Ok here's my story. I'm 28 (very fertile). In my first marriage I got pregnant twice back to back. With my new hubby we tried for 2 years and finally got pregnant. For unexplained reasons we miscarried at 14 weeks gestation. I knew something was wrong. I've never had pregnancy issues. So we went to a fertility clinic and sure enough his sperm is as low as it gets. Motility, morph, you name it. This was earlier this year. So now here we are...nearing the end of our first cycle. They retrieved 27 eggs. Most of them were small bc I had to stop using Menopur and Follistim due to high estrogen. The high number of eggs had my E2 at 6000!!! I really thought I was going to be cancelled. But luckily the coasting helped a ton! My estrogen dropped and I could FINALLY trigger. Out of 27 eggs, 11 were mature...11 fertilized. Now we wait on the update of the embryos. Because of my age and egg quality, my dr only wants to transfer two so two it is!
Can't wait to see how our embies are holding up! :-)

The sad thing is, there are more pics that I didn't include
My goal is to be less neurotic about testing this time. Then again, I bought HPTs in bulk on Amazon.com earlier this week, so it isn't looking good for me

Melissa, if you beat my record for my last cycle, I'll give you a shiny gold star and turn over the title of obsessive peestick queen.

I love a challenge
Conoshia, I'm so sorry we have hijacked your thread. I hope those embies are still going strong and that your transfer goes great tomorrow!!
As you might have guessed, we're all hoping you'll test before your beta

That is amazing news, Conoshia! So happy that you had lots of nice, strong embryos to choose from.
The general rule is that the trigger shot takes 1 day for every 1000 units (the standard trigger is 10,000 units). I always test every day with a cheapie test until I get a negative, then I know when I see a BFP it is the real deal. Good luck!!

Oh my, that's a lot of testing lol. I'm just going to wait. Only 9 more days anyhow. I'll just keep myself busy with wrapping gifts and finishing up my decorations. :-) Thanks! I will let you guys know the outcome but I am more than positive that both babies will take! :-)
