Hi there I am new here and on my first ivf cycle. We are dealing with secondary infertility that is largely unexplained. I do have PCOS and have been mostly worried about hyperstimulating. I stimmed on 150 follistim for the first 3 days. Had blood draw on stim day 4 - e2 level was 191. I was instructed to increase follistim to 183.5. Had my u/s and another blood draw today (day5). We saw 25-30 follicles ~ 8-10mm in size. E2 level @ 350. I felt extremely good about this and was hoping they would let my dosage stay the same or even go back to 150. The nurse called with instructions to up dosage to 225 and I am not feeling good about it. I have heard that people with PCOS tend to mushroom and then hyperstimulate pretty quickly. I am going back for an u/s again on thurs but am really reluctant to up the dosage. Does anyone have an opinion on this protocol? Or can anyone weight in on their experience with OHSS? Thanks so much in advance!

Just in case it matters, I did cetrotide 3mg 5 days prior to starting stims. I have also been doing 10 units of micro dose hcg nightly with my follistim. I have also been instructed to start .25 cetrotide nightly tomorrow.
