Hey everybody. Sorry I havent posted in a couple days. I dont know if it is the progesterone or what but I am in a really bad mood and just feeling down. I didnt want to share my misery with all of you because everyone seems to be doing so well. I just have this awful feeling that the IVF didnt work. For no other reason than it is just a gut feeling. I really hope I am wrong.

Brynn, the second day after my ET I had some cramping. Twinges and pinches in my uterus. Now I am having more cramping but this is different from that. I am thinking it is from the Endometrin. My left ovary was killing me last night and I just generally am cramping but not like AF cramps really. My back has also been hurting a bit off and on and I usually dont have that problem. I hope this is a good sign for both of us!

Alicia, when are you going to test?? I am dying over here! I totally thought I would check in today and see an update from you. How is the nausea? Any better? I think that could be a good sign of twins!!

Lee-Anna, good luck tomorrow!!! I hope you have an easy ER and a smooth recovery. Drink lots of fluid and take it easy. Update us as soon as you can!!

Becky, you have a scan tomorrow? Was your estrogen level the reason they changed your sono to tomorrow? I think I would be going crazy not knowing what is going on with my ovaries. Good luck tomorrow. I hope you have a ton of follies!

Quick update ladies... I Did NOT test today. I chickened out. It looks like most BFPs from 5 day transfers dont show up until at least 6dp5dt so I will test tomorrow morning. Idk why but like Elle I am in a really bad mood today. Just keep freaking out about how it MIGHT not have worked. I will be devistated if thats the case. But work is keeping me busy so I try not to think too much. I honestly started crying this morning when I went in and got my son up though. I just couldnt stop thinking about what if I cant give him a sibling...ugh! I am ridiculously emotional! As far as the nausea...it comes and goes, nothing major and could all be in my head for from the PIO. I am still cramping and feeling pulling and twinges, but who knows. lol Crossing my fingers for a BFP tomorrow!

Thanks for the update Alicia. I am sorry you are feeling down but I totally get it. I feel exactly the way you described but I have no idea why. I wish I could focus on work but all I can think about is how awful I feel, and to top it off I think I just may be catching a cold. I think this calls for a Chick Fil A lunch. That always makes me feel better. It is my one vice and I may just give in today. I keep hoping these are all good signs. Hopefully we will just all get to be very grumpy pregnant women together! lol

Elle and Alicia- I'm so sorry your feeling down. I'm worried but not experiencing what you guys are. I wonder if it's because I was not on all the IVF work up with the Stims. Whatever the reason I really hope you guys start to feel better soon. You are both so close to testing. Alicia, I'm actually glad you did not test. All the research I have seen is the same stuff you were talking about. I would hate to see you get a neg. and be upset if it was to early. I actually think I'm going to hold off till Tuesday for that reason. I was going to start Sunday but I can't handle the pain of a neg even if I know it is still really early.

Again, I hope you guys start to feel better really soon. Take it easyi and I will be praying and wishing you the best tomorrow with your testing Alicia.

Hugs to you girls, Elle and Alicia. I felt the same way during both my fresh and FET cycle...some days I was really sure it was a failure. I hope you are both feeling better soon and looking at BFPs!

Hi ladies. It is probably a lot of the progesterone talking. I know when I've done the progesterone suppositories it made me really down. I have actually been down myself and not wanting to bring it to the thread! But I know a lot of it stems from the high doses I'm on. Plus this is a lot of stress! Hang in there...we are all relating to you!

Brynn: Progesterone has caused every symptom under the sun for me, so I bet cramping is related! That stuff stinks!

AFM: I am glad I have a follie check tomorrow. I like to know what's doing in there! Had acupuncture today. Ready to end this.

Hi girls! I hope you all start feeling better soon. It really is just the hormones and is totally normal.
This is such an emotional process in the first place and having extra hormones sure doesn’t help. Just keep your chins up and we are all praying for you BFP!! You have the support system and either way you girls will get through this. You guys are in the hardest part right now… the high hormones and the waiting game. Hang in there just a little while longer and hopefully those crazy hormones don’t go away and you’re all puking soon! 

Now I have a HUGE confession to make. lol
So I have been testing since 3dp5dt... I got a BFN yesterday morning and decided I would stop it was way too early and I didnt want to see anymore. Also, didnt want to post it here cause I didnt want to bring anyone else down. Anyways, so I got up at 4AM this morning to pee and what did I do....drag out a fricken test... Yeah not thinking in the morning...so I immediately through in the garbage afterwards thinking how stupid I was. Well when I finally got up (9AM - Took the morning off work) I couldnt just leave it there and not look so I looked and OMG it was a fricken BFP! It was fairly light, but definitely there... so now what do I think? Is the test even accurate at all since it had been so long....I went and looked at all the others and they were all BFNs still...what the hell seriously! haha I dont have any other tests at the house except Digis cause DH took my car this morning and I was hiding them in there so he wouldnt know! haha So what do you guys think? Reliable enough to say I got a BFP or no?

OMG Alicia! I have been doing the same thing but I didnt want to say anything either!! All of mine have been BFN but you now give me hope. Can you post a pic? Does it have color? I would think if there is a faint line then that is a BFP!!!! Even after waiting a while. I have taken numerous tests over the years and waited hours to check them and I have never had them pop up with a line. I am super excited for you!! I say take a digi in the morning for sure!! I have been stalking this thread all morning waiting for an update.

Elle I just took some pics... I will post a couple soon. I need to find an inverter too. Anyways... I did some research and it sounds like there are hardly ever false positives or Evaps with FRER which is what I used. And it was pink so it isnt an evap for sure. I am taking this as a BFP....of course I will test again at least tomorrow, if not later today... I just dont want to use a digi yet cause I know with how faint the line is it wont show up yet.

That looks like a BFP to me, Alicia! I know that sometimes the line can look darker when you take the strip out of the test, but that looks to dark and pink to be a mistake. I'm going to say that you are PREGNANT

Oh, and I don't know about the inverting thing...I have never done anything to my tests like that. Sorry I can't help!

Thanks Melissa! They do look quite similar...it looked the exact same in the test as it did when I took it apart... I was just in disbelief. lol Yep I am 6dp5dt....this was in the middle of the night so I was like 5.5dp5dt when I took it. I am going out on a limb too and saying I am preggo! Super excited... I will be testing more of course! haha

I believed it to. I am NOT testing until Monday or Tuesday but I'm leaning more toward Tuesday. RE called and said our last embryo was not genetically normal and did not make it. It made it to day 5 with good outer cells but deteriorating inner cells:-( I have to say this is it.

Alicia that is totally a BFP!!! Clear as day! I am so excited for you! I cant wait to see your next test. I am sure it is only going to get brighter. I had such a good feeling about your cycle! When is your blood draw? I cant remember.
