Hi girls,

This is/was my first time going through ivf and not sure if this is normal. In preparation for my first cycle, I took 10 days of BCP - and on Day 13 had baseline ultrasound that showed too few follicles to start stim shots. Of course I was devestated, but it has turned out to be a blessing in leading me to a new doctor and a more optimistic attitude.

My question - after I stopped the BCP, I had a few days of breakthrough bleeding (days 15 & 16 ish). The nurse told me my regular period should come in 2 weeks, at its normal time. I'm now on day 32 and no sign of AF. Took a pregnancy test a couple days ago and it was negative - can't hurt to hope, right?

So is this normal? Was my "breakthrough bleeding" a period and I need to wait a couple more weeks for my period? I know everyone is different, but could use any advice.

On another note, I just got back my test results from new doctor and my AMH has almost DOUBLED! Sometimes it's the little victories!

Thanks so much!!
