Hi all!

So i had my transfer, 2 embryos, on monday. they told me to go on living the same way and all, but just not to lift anything over 10lbs, not to make any big efforts.

so here i am, feeling bad every time a caugh or walk... and i have the stupidest question. what if i poop... is that like... dangerous? i dont wanna loose em...

Baya

Um, well, I think the logical answer is pooping is fine. But I know that I'm not going to want to poop after my transfer which should be next week. Good question!

The important thing for the post implantation period for IVF and IUI is really just to stay healthy, relaxed and as un-stressed as possible. So don't worry about what bodily functions may do to your newly implanted eggs, they will be fine. It really is just not lifting heavy objects, etc. Worse, if you are stressed about it the whole time it may have detrimental effects on you health, i.e., you may get sick, and you don't want that. So just relax and enjoy your 2WW.

Best of luck!
