Good Luck Shana! I hope the removal of the polyp will do the trick... ((HUGS)). Glad you have a plan in place.

Congrats to those with bfp!! Aimee stay positive and don't give up hope.

I did my egg retrieval this past Friday, they took 6 eggs. 4 fertilized. ET was today, transferred 2 eggs grade A. So now I'm on 2ww. I'm supposed to find out tomorrow if its a good idea to freeze the remaining 2 or not! I heard pineapples is a good to help implantation and no cold drinks. Has anyone else heard this?

To everyone else, hope all is well!

Hi Ladies,
So as you may know they retrieved 9 eggs at my ER yesteday. I was pretty dissapointed at that number. I know "quality over quantity" and "it only takes one",
but seriously, I had bewteen 22-28 follicles at each ultrasound.

I REALLY think my clinic messed up the timing in a big way. On my ultrasoubd last Friday I had 2 follicles at 18mm, 2 at 17mm and 1 and 16mm.

I should have triggered that same day.
But instead, I was asked to stim for a further 3 days, and had my retrieval 3 days after that! So 6 days after noting an 18mm follie (including 3 further days of stimming)

I think I lost many follies in that time as they just grew too big.

I also think I was pushed further along due to the long easter weekend.

I'm quite unhappy about that.

I am praying that these 9 eggs retrieved are excellent quality and for a good fertilization report, which I will get this afternoon.

I got my fert report - NOT. All they told me was all the timing for everything I'm supposed to do/meds to take for the transfer tomorrow. I sorta remember them doing this last time. The embryologist will tell us when we get there. I hate this. I don't know if I have 1 or 2 or what grade/cell size they are....so it's a 3d transfer for us....we had that with Mallory, so I'm not worried, I just thought we'd have more embryos and would be able to do a 5 day transfer.

Transfer tomorrow at 11:30. Wish us luck.

I'm a bit frustrated. My acupuncturist is out of town tomorrow and Saturday! I thought we might do a Sunday transfer and she said she could meet me and do a session after the transfer, but now, it's on friday.

I just keep reading how this is the most important treatment and now I can't have it. I looked into getting someone near my clinic, but it's like $230! I have some IVF meditation mp3's I'm going to listen to in the car on the way up there and back...maybe that will help. I mean, can missing one appt really be that detrimental?

See how I'm talking myself down here? LMAO? Just wanted to vent....

Thanks Melissa, I was going to ask if you did ACUP!

Grace, you are not out of this game yet girl!! But now looking over your info. I think they should have triggered you Friday, or even Saturday night, HECK, even Sunday...I'd ask WHY they waited until Monday. I probably would have gone in for an U/S on Sunday, but it was a holiday, so they guessed where I would be at. Did you do bloodwork on Friday before they told you when you would trigger? Maybe something in the bloodwork made them hold off? I, too, am surprised you didn't get more eggies than that. ((HUGS)). I was almost downgraded to an IUI last time, because I only had 4 eggs, but it all worked out in the end. We are going to be so close

Have you gotten your fert report? Even though I got 11 eggies, I think I'm down to less than 5, or else they wouldn't have me be going in tomorrow for a 3dt. They don't want to take the chance that all of mine will be gone by day 5. Can't wait to hear from you!

Hey ladies! Just stopping in to say hello! Congrats to everyone on the BFPs! Good luck on your transfer tomorrow Leah!

Grace- try not to worry too much. All you need is one beautiful embryo... Two is better though! Good luck!

Aimee- so sorry about the BFN. It's such a devastating feeling and it breaks your heart. Take some time to grieve and move on. I had to wait 2 weeks for my follow up after a BFN, so I know the feeling. I will say a prayer for you.

AFM- still waiting for AF to show to start BCP. I thought it would of came by now, since I'm pretty sure I ovulated 15 days ago. Wishful thinking, but maybe I got lucky with a natural cycle??? No sign of AF even close to rearing her head in, so I might test by Sunday. I know stress can affect your cycle, and I've been under a lot if that lately. I hope it shows soon so we can start an FET cycle... Or hope she doesn't show and I'm pregnant!

Leah I had acupuncture tonight and my girl says she sees me the day before transfer and not again till 10 days after transfer and then the first 12 weeks if BFP.

So don't let that stress you out that you can't see your ACUP right after transfer. I think they all do it different. Good luck tomorrow.

Me: Acup - said my lining was good and anything over 17 might be to thick so she left a few needles out and worked on stress and relaxing. I still have 5 to 7 days left before transfer.

Hi ladies, hope everyone is doing well!

Grace- try not to stress too much! Hoping you have some good embies, you only need one to stick!

Leah- Good Luck tomorrow! I hope you have two to transfer! If it makes you feel any better I didn't do anything to help with implant other than trying to keep my feet warm cause they're always cold and I always do that. Try to just stay calm and rest!

Hartbaybe-Good Luck with the 2ww!

Cassandra- I hope you're pregnant on your natural cycle, that would be awesome!

Gretchen- Sounds like everything is going perfect!

Nothing new with me but thinking of everyone here!
