Grace- Yep, it seems kinda crazy the baby has a beating heart already! I'm 6 1/2 weeks! I still have remind myself its real sometimes

Gretchen- Everything will be great with those embies and they'll snuggle in tight soon! Don't stress too much, your chances are good with your DE plus you haven't put your body through hell with stimming meds so its ready for pregnancy! You've got this!

Leah- has that trigger tested out yet?

Hope everyone is having a great day! Positive thoughts and prayers your way!

Still Waiting - those are some awesome embabies woman!! You rock.
Kim - Congrats...yayyy!
Kayakr - How'd it go?!?

AFM: (still not sure what AFM means?) I had my retrieval yesterday. They got 22 follies. And the fertility report this morning is 19 fertilized and 15 are viable...we're targeting this Sunday for transfer...woohoo!

Okay, now for the unmentionables. Sorry if this is TMI. Did anyone get hyper-stimmed and horribly constipated? Ugh, I'm trying everything and I'm terribly uncomfortable. If you had it what worked? I'm covering while my boss is out (crazy stress) and I'm so bloated I'm practically waddling!! I'm having salty foods like crazy.

And congrats to anyone else I missed!!

Tamara- Congrats! Sounds like everything went well with ER and you have a great fert report! I got hyper-stimmed and super constipated, my belly was definitely sticking out. I drank a lot of fruit juice, prunes are also good, anything with lots of fiber as well. Good luck, it took a couple days for me get over the constipation. Hope you get feeling better soon!

Leah - your embies are pretty! They look a lot like mine!

Tamara - Wow that is a lot of eggs sister! No wonder you are OHSS. I wish my donor would have produced that many. That gives you a little insurance in my opinion.

AFM ( I dont know what that means either lol ) Transfer for me is Friday. Now to decide if we transfer all 3 or one good one and one "ok" one and freeze a good one? Or What? Any suggestions ladies?

Gretchen, transfer all of them!!! The smaller one most likely won't make it, and so I'd give yourself a good shot with the two good ones. But that is just me. I'd just want them inside me asap and give them a good home!

Tamara - WOWZA...good going you eggie making machine! I'm sorry you are constipated. I'd drink prune juice, try to walk each day, drink LOTS of water and invest in come colace. I lived on the generic colace my entire pregnancy with Mallory. I also took fiber gummies I got at Walmart. YUM they are like Dots candy hehe I also ate apples everyday. Drink lots of water and gatorade right now to help with the possible OHSS. ((HUGS)) Can't wait till Sunday

I think I want them all transferred too. I have to let go of the thought of the insurance of frosties. I need to just have confidence that this will work this time.

Besides when it works this time I will be pushing 45 before I'd be ready to have the FET and I a really feel I am pushing the envelope with my age. So this just needs to work and we can put all this behind us.

How you you feeling Leah? Grace?

I hope Aimee is holding up ok.

We only had 3 too, Gretchen, 1 blastocyst & 2 weaker ones, and we transferred them all. I'd transfer all of them - not that I know much, but at least they have a better chance of hanging tight once they're inside!

AFM - 1st u/s tomorrow - will find out how many little beans are cooking!

Awww thanks for the great advice everyone! My body didn't know which way was up yesterday, ha ha. I'm more of a naturopath in my view of medicine. So my body's pretty confused with all these drugs & hormones. Feeling MUCH better today and hopefully it continues. Getting all my ducks in a row for a successful transfer on Sunday!!! Wow!

My doc is recommending implanting 3 at my age too Kayakr. I'll be 44 in July! Good luck sweetie. Just imagine all those embabies having a party and snuggling in tight.
I have my fingers crossed for you!!

Hugs,
Tamara

Gretchen, I'm ok. Now 6dp2dt...and the need to POAS hasnt crept in yet. I'm too scared to see a BFN!

I'd seriously consider transferring all 3 if embie #3 is still lagging behind.
Is it catches up, then Id go with 2.

Wishing you all the best for transfer tomorrow.

Brooke: GL with ultrasound tomorrow! KUP!
