This is my first time posting something on a forum and Ireally need to talk to someone.
Iím 28 years old and my husband is 33 we been TTC for over 3years now.
We had 3-failed IUI in 2013 and I am now on 2WW of my 1stIVF cycle.
We were tested and I had no issues, however, my husband hasa low sperm count.
I have 2 more days to go until my (blood) pregnancy test andI am starting to fall into depression feeling like nothing is going to happen.
I been taking pregnancy test everyday and been gettingnegative results.
I know I shouldnít take them and just wait for the doctorbut I couldnít help myself.
Iím starting to lose hope being so young and not able tohave a child is really hurtful.
My family and friends have no idea that we are going thruthis so itís really hard to even speak to anyone.
Reading all the forums I thought it might help me postsomething.

Dont lose hope!!! Wait to see what the blood test reveals. Sometimes it can be too early to take a pregnancy test. Think positive and stay away from the sticks. Goodluck to you!

Hi Hope- Welcome, we are all here to support you.

Your story is similar to mine. I have been trying for a few years, had 7 failed IUIs and moved onto IVF. I don't ovulate without meds but when I do use the meds, I don't get pregnant. However, I did get pregnant with my first IVF cycle, it just didn't end up working out. Stay strong and know this isn't the end of the road for you. Many people get pregnant on their 2nd and 3rd attempts at IVF. Do you have any frozen embryos?

I had all negatives till 2 or 3 days before my beta and they were really light positives. Dont give up cramping can be a good sign not sure about the fever. you might want to call the clinic on that.

Thanks Franky85!!
That's what my husband said
I did call about the fever they said it's not related that I might of just got sick.
They only thing they recommend is to watch my fever so it doesn't get worse.

So it's good and bad news.I am pregnant but my hcg levels are very low.
The doctor wants me back saturday to test again.
He said it could go either way at this point.

Hi hope...I was afraid you might say that.

I had the exact same thing happen to me my first cycle. How low was your beta? I heard a lot of people with successful pregnancies after a low beta but a few things must happen, the beta must continue double and the embryo has to keep growing. Mine was really, really low so my doc knew it was an unhealthy embryo very early on. You could be one of the few who implanted late or has a low beta which doubles perfectly. I'll be wishing good things for you. Although, I know how frustrating getting this news must be. I had to go through several blood tests and my HCG kept rising but not at the level it should. I just wanted to know one way or the other. Hang in there.
