I was wondering if you HAVE to cut out caffeine all together when doing IVF?
Did you cut it out?
I started drinking diet caffeine free coke & diet a&w root beer when we started TTC and started using way less grounds when I make coffee(1sp now instead of 2 TB's) So I was wondering if this is okay? I only have 2 cups of coffee in the morning(made with the 1tsp of grounds).

Nope, you aren't allowed to drink caffeine starting up to a week before the egg retrieval & especially after the retrieval. I haven't had caffeine since mid-August. That is the best thing you can do for you & the babies.

I can't remember exactly, but I think they make you cut out caffeine. I did. I never had it during the IVF process or my pregnancy.

I was told no caffeine. I cut it out completely.
