I could use some advice ladies, please!

We've never been bad with fevers thankfully but allie woke up from her nap with one of 101F out of the blue. Her cheeks are really flushed, she is telling me her teeth and belly hurt and she is super lethargic.

I have her tylenol which is all I have in the house after that recall. She's had a bit of ice water and a cold cloth that didn't last long. I gave her some cold milk as a last resort because she wouldn't drink anything else! She sucked back 6oz pretty fast.

I've just never seen her so lethargic and falling asleep while sitting almost and talking.

Any thoughts or advice? TIA!!

First, how did you manage to post this in here?

Okay, to the issue... I'd just let her ride it out and give Tylenol to hopefully help bring it down. Kaija's had a few 101F fevers but she hasn't had the lethargy. I hope she starts feeling better fast!! Poor kiddo!
