but I am still working out and trying to tone up somemore...
I had a bad last 2 weeks from AF and PMS I got super bloated and a little down on myself and almost bought a pair of pants a size bigger than my normal size, but upon DH's insisting that it was just bloat I didn't and sure enough this week I'm back to normal and feeling motivated again! Just thought I'd share that with you ladies.
