I will be stalking you lots

Right now I am following Weight Watchers but I just gained 2 lbs back that I had lost so that has motivated me to stick to my diet to the max.. Just make healthier choices when you get hungry and just want to eat eat eat!!! Instead of eating foods with lots of fat go for carrot sticks or a pickle instead.. Little choices like that can make a huge difference... Limit your eating out and fast food because that is my biggest problem and I am trying my hardest to get away from it!! I will be watching you!!
