well girls tonights my weigh-in at TOPS and I have to tell you....I'm really really really not looking forward to it. And as much as I wanna skip it and pray that I'll be down by next monday...I just gotta go face the scales and pray that it give me a little nudge in the arse.
I have not tracked any of my food intake this past week but I can tell you this....just my meal at Tony Romas alone will be enough to put me over (onion loaf, steak, broccoli, loaded baked potato, shrimp, and a Hurricane) and then lets see there was a day last week where I ate 4

- yes 4 pizza pops in one day (they are 200 some calories per pop) .... um I binged all this last week ... it really was quite sickening.
so since it's hitting the 50's outside today...the sun is shining...the sidewalks are clear of snow...I'm headed out to take sophie for a walk before weigh-in. Not that I'm expecting it to change whats to come....but it might make me feel a lil bit better mentally.

Well I went for my walk with sophie. We walked for an hour. I haven't done that in forever and neither has she. It was fabulous and I loved every minute of it - well except for picking up her nervous pooh. lol. There is a new walking path nearby that they made last year in place of where old train tracks used to be. It was such a great investment for the city as it gets used a lot already. It's nice for sophie too because shes timid and gets a little scitzo with lots of noises and people walking close by. I'm gonna aim to take her every day after work if the weather permits. fyi - this is also the path that I'm planning to use to bike to work 3 days a week.
Ok ok ok so the weigh in. I was up .5 lb ........ but I'm really ok with that. I realize my mistakes and I'm aiming to do better this week. My goals this week are to drink my water and exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
