You'll totally be okay! It's good to calculate the points just so you're aware of them, and this is the reason we get 35 flex points a week... even if you went over those you can still lose, just remember that tomorrow is a new day and you'll start with a fresh stack of daily points

Maybe do some exercise and earn some activity points to make ya feel better. Just don't beat yourself up, learn from this as to what you can do in the future to prevent it -- maybe keeping some 100 cal packs or other easy snacks in your purse/car/desk, etc.
