OK I have no back What exercises do you girls do or know of that gives a girl a butt, mother nature skipped me on being bootylicious (no clue how to spell that LOL).
Also any suggestions on under arms....mine seem to be waving at me LOL (i love getting older)

well, if I could I would give you some...i got plenty....I have heard mucho about doing squats and not dieting because that lifts up what booty fat you have and shapes it some....read about that on google.

ugh...what a nasty post number....had to add one.

I've ready that Jlo keeps her booty lookin' good by doing this:

She starts out on the treadmill and will keep it at the first incline, and then after each minute she raises it until its at its max, she stays up for 5 minutes and then brings it down 1 minute at a time.

for the arms... weights.

squats, lunges, inclines on the treadmill, stairstepper. My friend takes a strollerfit class and they do TONS of walking lunges and her DH noticed that it really lifted her booty.

squats and lunges for sure. ok here is an exercise that i do as part of my "program" that my trainer made for me

stand feet shoulder width apart
step left leg back into a lunge
come back to centre, and do a squat
step right leg back into a lunge
come back to centre, and do a squat

repeat this sequence until each leg has done 15 lunges - i usually count to 30 squats as that means each leg has done 15 lunges. trust me, near the end of this sequence it won't be fun anymore but that means that its REALLY working.
after doing this sequence once, sit or stand and hold 5 lbs in each hand and do overhead tricep extensions (20 reps) or find a ledge if you dont have wieghts and do dips (15 dips, but don't go all the way down, stay in the top 1/2 of the movement)
after this, do some jumping jacks or jog on the spot with high knees for the duration of 1 song then start back with the squat/lunges. do the sequence only twice.

for squats/lunges keep your chest high, ie. dont lean forward with your torso when doing either lunges or squats.

give it a shot, i forgot to mention my trainer says crank some rockin beats to do this!!
