OMg this sounds like something I would have ate! YUM! haha... Do you have any particular goals your striving for? I don't want to beat ya up on your food if you're just trying to make sure you eat more fruit, or don't skip meals, etc. but from a weight watchers perspective today thus far wasn't the best...
How would you like us to support you, I guess, is what I'm trying to ask

Welcome!!! Ok so some mild wt loss and overall more consistent eating pattern in a healthy way! Sounds like me. Since you are trying to lose a little I was just wondering how tall you are for your wt? Whats your Happy wt and whats your want to be wt--some people are different on those two. Also what do you do for exercise? Maybe you could also log that. Good luck on your goals and welcome again!

I haven't been around much all weekend so now I'm here to motivate you!!! A little tip from me would be next time you go to wendy's order a side salad or chili instead of the fries.. The fries are killer!! Other than that you are doing great!!!

Don't beat yourself up hun!! You are not crazy!! We are all here to motivate you and to help you through your weight loss journey with suggestions that have helped us!! When I first started logging my food before I did weight watchers, it was just horrible.. I drank coke all day and ate fast food anywhere from 3-4 times a week and was barely getting anything "good" in there!!! After reading it in my log I realized how horrible my food was and thats when I finally got motivated that I need to do something about it!! I joined weight watchers in March and have been so happy with my progress!!! I have lost 7lbs in a month and I feel great!!! Everyone has to do what is right for them diet wise and this is the first diet I have ever successfully lost weight on!!! You have to set some goals for yourself and just stick to them!!! If you ever need something just pm me!!!
