I'd focus on more of a lifestyle change... diets just set you up to fail. What are some of your goals? Eat more fruits/veggies, eat breakfast, eat less calories, lose weight?
My main goal is to cut out the fat and sugar that creeps up on me. When I was PG with Morgan, I did that diet, and only gained 11lbs, so I know it works for me. I want to be ALOT smaller with my next pregnancy...so thats where I want to start.
So the plan is to limit fat & sugar! sounds good! maybe start logging your food so you can hold yourself accountable of everything that goes in and get an idea of where you are and then where you want to be!
Logging your food can help alot.. You can really see how often you are eating those foods you don't want to eat..[/b]
So if you can't tell we are big log-ers here LOL. We also encourange good water drinking! We all have some different goals but the logging is the one things we all do. Its a great way to support each other because we can see what your doing and then give the appropriate support for it! Welcome! I am glad we got you to jump on over here!
yeah Im glad too! Dh is thinking about going into the National Guard, and I want to be able to go running with him - or even ride my bike with the kids in a trailer while he runs - either way I need to get in shape first, and start cutting things out! Im uber excited
