...so what can I do about it?! What sort of things could I do at home to tone my backside up. The rest of me is pretty small but my bottom seems to be taking on a life of it's own...

I've read in the past that the way JLo keeps her booty toned is to get on a treadmill and start it at 0% incline and go for a minute, and every minute raise the incline til it's as high as it goes and then stay up for 5 minutes and then come down a minute at each level.

lunges and squats!!
they are hard but they TOTALLY work.
be sure to read up about technique though.
one thing that i think really helped get me a sweet @ss for my wedding hehehe was jump squats and lunges. but i would start with regular squats and lunges and progress over a month or two.

Haha! I can't even walk across flat ground in heels! I am not a high heel girl at all!!

Can't afford the gym or a treadmill at the mo, so lunges and squats it is!! Do you have any recommendations of where to read up on those excerises so I make sure I'm doing them right?!
