Well girls, I'm tired of feeling fat. Plain and simple, no need to sugarcoat it. I have rolls, and I don't like them. I don't feel healthy, and I don't like that at all. I want a healthy body to grow all of my future babies into fat little infants. ( I love fat babies, despite disliking my own rolls:-)

This past week I've finally just gotten fed up, it's time for me to get healthy! I eat fast food pretty much everyday, and never exercise. That is no way to get pregnant! I want to develop healthy eating and exercise habits now, before we TTC. I've also gotten into the whole organic thing, that's all I buy now. I've discovered Earthfare and Trader Joe's this week. Both fabulous grocery stores, although expensive. So along with buying organic and healthy food, I knew I needed a concrete plan to help me change my habits. My mom and cousin have both been having great success with weight watchers in SC, so I decided to try it myself. I went to my first meeting today and signed up. I'm SO proud of myself, this is my first diet ever. I guess it's true what people say about turning 30....I hit it in 6 months, and MAN are the lbs pouring on.

Anyhow, I get 18 points a day on the flex plan. I had 6 for breakfast and 14 for dinner. No lunch b/c breakfast was so late, like at 11. ( I slept in:-)
I had 7 points deposit from tennis, walking the dogs, and an hour long cardio funk class that KICKED my butt. So, ended up with a days total of 13.
I'm proud of myself for my first day. We'll see how this week goes...

I'm excited to be finally joining you ladies here!!!

Hey Nikki! I'm glad you chose WW, it's a great program, NOT a diet, but a lifestyle change! You'll learn a lot about portion control and moderation from doing it! I do it, as does Aimee & Julie so pay attention to our logs and if you have any questions about anything we can help!

Well, today I had NO pepsi, and 32 ounces of water...yea me! That alone is a huge accomplishment for me. I'm a pepsi addict! I had 24 points today, and I'm allowed 18. So, I used 6 from my bank of 35. If I can stop eating when I'm full, I'll start making some progress. That was my problem tonight....I had sushi, was full, but then ate a turkey burger. So bad, but still an improvement for me. No exercise today, I worked 12 hours, so I'm tired and going to bed early.

Well it was great having while you were here. And WW is a lifestyle change not a diet, so you can be pregnant and on WW. just have to up the points some. Good luck! are you going to stay in the WTTC Grads section?
