I need your help with the game. Starting tomorrow, Guy and I are in a cutthroat competition to see who can lose the most weight/ be the healthiest by August 1st. We are really competitive with each other. At stake is $100 dollars that can be spent on anything we want and bragging rights for life. I need help with the set up. We are doing a series of points daily to keep us motivated and are going to put a chart on the fridge. I need help with other things to gain or lose points for and also any rules that come to mind. This is going to be my motivation so help! So far this is what we have
points for getting 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day
points for taking a vitamin
points for cardio
points for strength training
points for 8+ glasses of water
points for walking the dog
bonus points for losing the most percentage of body fat for the week.
rules:
1: You cannot cause physical harm to keep your component from working out
2: No eating disorder like tendencies (ie: not eating, throwing up)
3: No drugs
4: No bloodletting before weigh in
5: You cannot chop off body parts to lower weight.
6: No cheating and if you get caught you lose many many points (muahahahahahaha)
6: You must log what you eat.
