well, I got my food cravings down...I actually only ate 30 pts yesterday...proud of myself for that.

I'm setting a goal for 35 again...and really trying for 25. But if I eat 35--it will be ok.

food:

coffee =2 pts
banana=2 pts
2 scramblers=10 pts
v8=0 pts

vienna sausages=2 pts
crackers=2 pts
cheese=2 pts

gatorade=2 pts
soda=1 pt (a few sips)
hard lemonade=2 pts

2 chicken chalupas=14 pts (pita bread, tomatoes, lettuce, grilled chicken, sour cream)

mounds 4 pts

I'm not even counting those pts..I know I'm wayyyyy over. Oh well...can't blame it on AF either..the spotting dried up..ok I did add it..it's like 42 pts...my normal eating.

I will do better today...I see 2 scramblers is adding alot to my tab...so I will cut it down to 1 and something else with less pts.

Tay sprang the chalupas on me when I was really hungry. I'm sure the bread had the most pts.

Ok, I have not been keeping up with this...I am rather distracted from weight loss since I have been having stomach issues...and in the middle of moving...I am SUPER hungry all the time...since I am doing so much activity...I wait too late to eat, by the time I do eat.....I'm starving to death...then I gobble up WHATEVER..and I do mean whatever...no cooking going on around here..all pots and pans are packed...

I weighed a few days ago..still in the 190s...super upset about that...but there will be time to lose the weight...helped my friend Frank move...

just today I dug 15 plants out of the ground and transplanted them into big pots...and carted them off to the backyard...then I dug up our pea gravel drainage area....yeah shoveled about 50 gallons of pea gravel into a bucket..

I said I was taking my plants with me...and I told Tay the pea gravel decorative area comes with us too...sure enough...I am so whooped though...now, I'm going to load the rug up in the car...and load some boxes as tight as I can get it in my little car and unload at the new place...

with all this work, surely I SHOULD LOSE weight right???

well, my cycle is suffering too...might have a glorious 60 day or longer one again...

ok, I'm off...just wanted to give an update...

Definately don't underestimate the power of some yard work...especially what you were doing!

And maybe you haven't been keeping up with it but your mind is still on it so that is good that you haven't lost sight of your goals!

Once you get things settled you can get back on track foodwise.....just remember until then....there are healthy alternatives to food that doesn't have to be cooked besides just pickin up fast food. (just a friendly reminder)

well, I did give up on keeping track of what I eat...but it hasn't been much...especially on days I am busy all day and don't eat until later...

and you know what..the scale hasn't friggin budged...I want to kick it and throw it in the toilet...

oh and on top of that my cycle is still messed up..and the friggin IBS..has me thinking I got either an alien or a baby...

so I say screw it...for now...

I am doing so much work outside...I should by all technical reasons..lose weight..or at least fat!
