Ok so a few months ago I was doing great! I had lost about 20lbs but then I got sick. I gained it all back and then some! DB isnt helping.. he is a guy that doesnt eat healthy, wont even tough fruits and veggies and loves steak. I feel like the ladies in the slimquick commercial, where the guys get skinny doing all the wrong things and the women cant lose weight, or lose it where they dont want to!
One of the challenges I face is PCOS. Its not too easy to lose weight, even by doing all the right things! I'm hoping if I lose the weight my cholesterol will be better, I will be at a much lower risk for Type 2, and I will be more healthy overall!
So I am going back to the regiment I started when seeing a nutritionist, counting cals and carbs.. ugh
Today I am at 204..
My goal is 145
I have a lot to tackle here.. but I need to do it, and I need your supprt ladies!!
