I have an account on there however I never tracked my calories or exercise with it....I simply just used the forums/etc. for support, information, recipes.
It really has grown and there is a wealth of tools there!
I know Rachel has been a long time active spark member, and I think we have some other girls who were active in this forum back in Jan who used it as well...
I would go back to it however I already have like 4 other places that I frequent....2 besides here that are strictly for my weightloss and I think that's about all I can handle.
I haven't posted here in forever but I want to mention that I'm on SparkPeople and I try to use it daily! I've never been really good with tracking my food intake (which is why I stopped updating my thread here) but I'm trying. I also try to update my SparkPage (blog-thingie) regularly. My username there is Amarillys. I'm in a couple of Sparkteams (one for short people, one for people who need to lose 10-25 pounds, one for knitters and one for people trying to lose weight before TTC).
