Saturday June 14th
Food Consumed:
Breakfast
11 am (slept in, big time
bowl of Multi Grain Cheerios with 2% milk
1- 16 oz glass of water
Lunch
skipped lunch today... oh wait, DH had a polish sausage by the mall we went too... had a bite with mustard. It was good

1-20 oz bottles of water while shopping
Snacks
2 pieces of red licorice
1/2 of a Hershey bar with almonds that I split with DH
1/2 bottle of 20 oz water.... so 10 oz
Dinner
salad with sliced turkey, 2% cheddar, peas, and ranch
5 pita chips with hummus
handful of blue tortilla chips with spicy salsa
2-16 oz waters
Snacks
10 PM
2 mini cupcakes, minus frosting. I baked them for tomorrow for our dads
Oh and 3 glasses of red wine... shiraz/cabernet .... mmmmmm its a good night
