i started back at my workout routine, in full gear!
i am doing bootcamp in a park two times a week and working out with my trainer one day a week until she goes on vacation for a month. then after that i will be doing bootcamp 3 times per week!
i did bootcamp yesterday and i'm SO SORE! but in a good way.
it was fun, we did all kinds of stuff around the park...laps, pushups, drills, dips, lunges, stairs etc etc
YAY! i hope i get buffalicious soon!
