Hey girl!! Its all about the proportions!! Its better to eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones!! You need to get exercising too, you can eat as healthy as you want but you have to add some exercise into the picture to really see results!!! I started my weight lost adventure at 132lbs (yes I know not that big but I'm 5'2 so it shows) and I joined weight watchers in March and from March to May I lost 10lbs!!! June and July I haven't followed any diet and have maintained a weight of 123-125.. Weight watchers does work so check it out!!! Hope to see you posting!!
Log your food everyday too, it helps to really lay it out and see what you are eating day after day!!!
