So I want to keep track of my workouts. I don't really need to lose weight (I don't think). I am going out to buy a scale in a minute so I can see my starting weight. I need more of a fitness tracker so I thought you guys wouldn't mind if I put it here. I'm also going to keep track of my smoking cessation too.

So far:

Starting weight: 135.0 lbs.
BMI (according to scale): 23.5%
Measurements:
Bust: 36"
Waist: 27.5"
Hips: 37.5"
Thighs: 21"
Biceps: 11"

I quit smoking July 7th. Today is the 16th. I started my fitness regimen on the 13th.

Day 1: 20 minutes on treadmill. 1-minute intervals alternating 3MPH and 5MPH.
Day 2: 20 minutes on treadmill. Domed interval workout. Low speed of 2.5MPH, high speed of 5.5 MPH.
Upper body weight lifting... lat pull-downs, curls, tricep dips, butterfly presses, etc.
Day 3: 2 mile walk/run on trail followed by a hill sprint up a very LOOONNGGG hill.
Day 4: Going to buy a scale and debating on just doing a quick upperbody workout again or crunches.

PR's: 5k-25:05 (old PR 25:10), 5M-45:03 (old PR - 47:22), 10k - 52:00 (approximate - training), HM-2:25:58 (ran a 2:17:36 during marathon), Full- 4:49:25 (old PR -5:49:40), 50k-7:05:56, 50M-13:31:14, 100k- 18:59:31 (old PR 20:56)
(All of these PR's are going down this season!)

I took Day 5, July 17th, as a light, upper body and core only workout day. I used a stabilizer ball for push-ups and crunches and then did tricep dips on the stairs.

Today is Day 6 and I am planning a 1.5 mile run/walk on the tread mill and push-ups and crunches on the stabilizer ball again. Tomorrow I have to work in the morning and then attend a wedding in the evening so I imagine tomorrow will be a resting day as well.

As of today my weight is still 135 but I swear I see more definition in my arms and abs. I am thinking about starting a photo journal as well to track my progress.

Update: Day 6, Did a 1.62 mile jog/run with speeds varying between 4-5.5 MPH. Kept heart rate between 150-170 BPM. Incline set to 1. Total time was 20 min. Also did various exercises with the stabilizer ball.

Day 7: Weight 133.5 so down 1.5 pounds! About to get ready for the wedding this afternoon so I'm guessing that dancing at the reception will have to count as exercise today.

Day 8: Did 1.53 miles in 20 minutes on the treadmill. Heart rate stayed between 150-170 bpm. Felt much stronger on today's workout than previous ones. Feeling quite happy with progress. Also, noted no weight gain from yesterday's wedding today!
