I haven't been around the weight forum lately.. I haven't really been following any type of diet or exercise program regularly since June, but I have managed to maintain my weight I lost on weight watchers!!! I have stayed around 123-125lbs.. I will try and get back here and atleast start tracking my food and exercise again even if I'm not following an exact diet! I still want to get to about 115lbs before we TTC and my body needs lots of toning!!! Just my update!!!

We need to get this forum rolling once again, its gotten dead!!! Come on girls!!

i was totally thinking that its kinda dead in here when i came to post this morning bah well.
but yeah i will try to post more in here too, mind u i wont really have time to track all my food but i will update on the progress i'm having with my bootcamp. i highly reccommend these bootcamp things if you really want to tone up. there's no way on EARTH i would do the things that i do in that class in a workout on my own. i'm also 123-125 lbs and i wanna be 115 (which i was at this time last year). here's hoping that bootcamp does the trick!
you were walking like every day before right? maybe you could try jogging? they say that you should push yourself till you get to the point where you're like "yeah this is SO not fun anymore", and that means its working! plus it throws your body for a loop cuz you're not used to what your putting it through...... well i'm babbling but u get the point, your goal (mine too!) is totally doable i think

yeah i've been slack about posting pretty much everywhere, i've just been reading a lot. i need to kick it into high gear... and with the wedding approaching that will def. happen. i've def. kept off the 20 pounds i've lost... i feel like i've lost a little more but my scale is in storage, so in the next couple weeks expect at least a few more posts in here outta me

So some pants that I just bought a few weeks back are tight already I haven't weighed myself in that last two weeks, I am kind of afraid to do that...

Heres the plan:
The nieces and nephew start school on the 13th I plan to go walk/jog every morning after I put them on the bus. I don't know if I will go back to following WW or not yet, but we'll see.. I can't really afford to pay for it anymore, but I guess I can just follow it from what I know already since I have the books and all!!! The plan is to be 115lbs before I TTC in May/June... I'll start loggin my food and all on the 13th, well crap I can't I just remembered we leave on the 14th for a mini vacation Ok well now the plan is to start loggin my food and all again on the 18th!!! Ok wish me luck!!!!
