welllllllll, so as i mentioned before i'm doing this super ultra hardcore bootcamp. but i'm only doing it twice a week this month because that's what i initially signed up for cuz i didnt know if i'd like it or what. anyways its SO awesome, and the guy who runs it told us '2 time a weekers' that we should be doing 2 other workouts each week of a high intensity. he said 20-25 min at high intensity two other times per week. So, basically this is my little mini goal! I just did 35 min of high intensity outside, running, about 6 flights of stairs, hills and finished up with 14 push ups (12 full, and 2 of the ones where you just lower yourself down really slow). so there you have it, i'm halfway to my workout goal for this week yay! too bad i just HAD to bake a banana blueberry loaf while i was out running haha.....omg it smells so good, it's just cooling now. i swear i'll make DH eat it all!! hehe ok i might have a slice or two! but i mean come on, theres tons of fruit in there!

Great job! You're going to be one hot mama! You should come visit us in the mommy weight loss and fitness board. This WTTC weight loss kind of died so I moved down there and the ladies are great support and give lots of help and ideas. Hope you'll stop by! And it's good to see you around here again!

ok i'm ressurecting this thread.

food so far today:

bowl of honey nut cheerios with 2% milk

2 cups of coffee with milk
bowl of princess chicken noodle soup
kitkat

1/2 pack of peanut m&m's




dinner was:
brown rice, steamed carrots, & baked sole with tomato.

Update for today:

It was a bit crazy cuz i had to take chile to the groomers for 8am which is downtown omg ICK, i hate driving down there.
anyways here it is....

Large coffee with 1 pack sugar and 2% milk
Morning glory muffin

Apple
100 cal pack plain almonds

Mixed salads
Whole wheat rotini with veggies & chicken in a tomato pesto sauce
Small serving roasted pineapple with brown sugar crust
1 small piece fruit and chocolate pizza
(DH and I tried out an awesome new restaurant for lunch, it was this wierd all you can eat type place, it was mostly healthy but still we ate a lot)

Banana
Apple

1 pc whole wheat toast with margarine
bowl of chicken tortellini soup

3 sticks of kitkat
1 pc of fruit and nut bar
(dh HAD to go to the corner store!)


For exercise, i took the stairs instead of elevator every chance i got. still havent figured out how i'm going to fit the gym in now that i'm back to work. eek.

large hortons coffee with 1 cream, 1 milk, 1 sugar

100 cal pack of almonds

salad
1 chocolate & caramel covered pretzel

soy hot chocolate

small bowl chicken tortellini soup
1 pc whole wheat toast
1/2 mini bag chips
1/2 banana


Took the stairs instead of the elevator
i want to go to the gym soooooo bad.......

ur right i should put that in ang!
I drink a lot of water during the day normally, probably 4 large glasses at work and then I only drink water & wine with dinner.
I get headaches if i dont drink enough water.

So today I have had plenty of water.
And GREAT NEWS! I went to the gym for a 1 hour boot camp class! omg it was great, i am SO out of shape.
i thought i was going to puke like half way thru.

Food so far for today:

Soy Misto Coffee from starbucks with 1/2 tsp sugar.
Oatmeal with dried fruit, nuts and a bit of brown sugar.

Apple

Sesame seed bagel & chicken noodle soup

2 mini chocolate bars
