Hey Ladies,
I have been gone forever. Got downsized at my job in March and laid off in May...so got pretty darn lazy. But..I have been at the gym most of the summer and in the last 3-4 weeks have been working with one of the trainers (she leaves in 2 weeks, I am so sad). Started by taking her Power Hour class, which translated into 45 minutes of incredibly hard work. Mix of weights, calisthenics, and a variety of other "torture". Plus..she makes you use heavier weight than you would want to get away with, lol.
Have actually gained 5 lbs since working out with her, but my clothes fit the same, so I assume there has been some fat loss, also have some actual muscle definition and find I like pushing myself harder.
Haven't done well with eating, but with school starting up again soon, I will be in a more regular pattern. Glad to have gotten into a tough routine now, so hopefully if and when I get PG, I will be able to continue with a decent workout
