Maybe it's time to get back to strict SBD until you shed those last unwanted pounds, and then gradually increase your carbs and keep an eye on calories? I'm an Atkins girl and that's what I did the last time I went into maintenance... Then I went on vacation and gained 10 lbs, which I'm now back on Induction to lose. Once they're gone, I'll up the carbs again and keep an eye on things.

www.lowcarber.org - it caters to Atkins, South Beach, Protein Power, etc. They have separate forums for all those diets and you can set up your own journal. I primarily stick to my journal and my friends journals, mainly because that's where I go every single day to vent about everything, not just my food and exercise. I've had my journal since 2003, so I can always go back and see if there are any trends, etc.
I'll stop being such a commercial now.
Even if you don't think you can make it to the gym, maybe make an effort to get outside for a walk a few days a week. Maybe drag someone along with you... Once you get into a routine, it's easy to stick to.
