We really should. I need a buddy. I used to be so good at working out and getting exercise and such. And not so much now.

Not a good day, I know. We were at the hospital with Spencer and there were not a lot of healthy options available. I think I am going to start taking the stairs for exercise and maybe see if Guy wants to go for a walk with me at some point today. It so boring that its hard not to sit around and eat all day.

HEY! I know you have a TON going on right now. I know it's really difficult to eat well and exercise especially when you're spending so much time in the hospital with Spencer... but you CAN do this. You can try to make healthier choices while you're there and kill some time walking the stairs or something. No matter what you do (or don't do) you need to be held accountable for it and log it! I just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you, and I hope you're succeeding!
