Today at my meeting I weighed in at being down 2.8 lbs this week, bringing my 3-week total to a bit over 7 lbs!! I feel so good

that's really awsome!!! Reading all of these posts, I'm really getting motivated to get on a good plan!!! It's great to see people who are going through the same thing I am!!! That's just awsome!
