Hi! So I am needing some motivation to lose a little weight i've gained. So, I thought what better than a challenge! And who better to share it with than the ladies of WTTC & Grads!
The goal is to do at least 30 minutes worth of workout videos 3 days per week.
Log your workout in this thread to help motivate and inspire others to do the same!
The week is Sun-Sat, so for example you could workout Sunday, Wednesday & Friday OR Monday, Wednesday, & Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday etc, you get it!
You could do one 30 min video, or three 10 min videos - as long as you're doing something for 30 min.

So if you don't have any workout videos at home you can do them from your computer for free - no excuses!!
