Hi! So I am needing some motivation to lose a little weight i've gained. So, I thought what better than a challenge! And who better to share it with than the ladies of WTTC & Grads!

The goal is to do at least 30 minutes worth of workout videos 3 days per week.

Log your workout in this thread to help motivate and inspire others to do the same!

The week is Sun-Sat, so for example you could workout Sunday, Wednesday & Friday OR Monday, Wednesday, & Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday etc, you get it!
You could do one 30 min video, or three 10 min videos - as long as you're doing something for 30 min.

To get us started I found an awesome section on YouTube: The SparkPeople's Channel
So if you don't have any workout videos at home you can do them from your computer for free - no excuses!!

There must be SOME of you out there who want to get a bit fitter along with me! Who's with me?!

Yay! I'll start! Although..I don't do videos. I go to the gym. But working out is working out, right? My apt is 3rd floor and blazing hot (and small). I wouldnt dare attempt to to work out in it.


For today I did an interval run (varying speeds) for about 30 minutes and I did 20 minutes on the stair stepper. No weights today. It isnt often I do cardio for more than 40 minutes, so I feel accomplished.

well todays the day I want to do my workout vid # 2 and i'm still at work.....i SO hope I can get it in!

sounds great! i need some motivation/support as well.

Does it count if I take my son to the zoo and walk the zoo for at least half an hour? I do have a walk video that I do on occassion.

I think as long as you feel you got a good 30 min workout I think it works.

My personal rule is that as long as there was a brief moment where I was like ugh this sucks, then I know I was working hard enough for me.

ahhh i didnt do my video yesterday, but i did a 20 min HARD run today, so I will try to do 10 min of weights when I get home.

Yeah I'm not much for videos on the computer b/c I don't have my speakers hooked up... but I've been killing it with going to the gym and doing a 1 hour class at least twice a week. I also occasionally do a little bit of my strip tease dvd

cool! great job with the working out .....

ok so i got SUPER sick on Sunday. I did a 5K run for breast cancer on sunday which was awesome but then i was SO sick, and only today am i feeling a bit better.

i'm going to ressurect my food/ex log like u chickitas - i need to get a grip.
