5. If your trying to lose wt--how much total do you want to lose, and how much total have you lost? Starting in March my goal was to be 115lbs so I needed to lose 17lbs so far I am down 10 (that does fluctuate here and there though

) I have 7 more lbs to go to get to my goal weight!!!
