Ok so I can't promise how long I'll keep updating this thing.. lol.. I am not really following any type of diet so I guess this is just to try and keep me aware of what I am eating...


10/6/08

Breakfast:
coffee
2 small sausage biscuits
glass of OJ

Lunch:
Green bean casserole stuff (it had green beans, potatoes, chicken, & mushrooms in it)
pasta salad
coke

Dinner:
spaghetti
2 pieces garlic bread
coke

Snack: 3 oreos

Exercise: none

Yes Shannon the coke addiction is back

3 oreos...Girl thats WILL POWER---there is no way I could just have 3 lol
OJ, Green beans, Mushrooms, tomato (spaghetti sauce) --well there are some good veggies/fruits!

edited to add....
Wait you ate oreos WITHOUT milk?!?!?!?! Dude that how I justify eating them ("at least it helps me get my calcium in! ")

I hate milk and I can only eat so much chocolate before I feel sick so thats why I can stop at 3 oreos

1 chicken strip
the rest of the fried okra
coke

So as you can all tell I'm not following a diet unless you want to call it Aimee's Awesome Diet

Breakfast:

Lunch:
Turkey sandwich with lettuce & tomatoes
water

Dinner:
Cracker Barrel, I had the country veggie plate which included mac & cheese, green beans (yeah I have a thing for green beans) fried okra and a small side salad..

Exercise: Does walking around the outlet mall for about an hour count!?!? If so that is what I did

Breakfast:
a biscuit with some scrambled egg
coffee

Lunch:
Ground Pati, fried veggie basket (it included broccoli, califlower, sweet potatoes, & mushrooms) & a baked potato with butter, sour cream, cheese, & bacon
Coke

Dinner:
Pizza hut, 2 slices pepperoni pizza & 1 breadstick
coke

Exericse:
walking around the mall


10/12/08

Breakfast:
2 slices leftover pizza I have a thing for cold pizza for breakfast
coke

Lunch:
Leftover fried veggies from Ground patti
water

Dinner:
piece of fried chicken
coke

snack:
small piece of cake and two scoops of ice cream (it was DH's cousin's birthday)

Exercise: none



I need to weigh myself because I know my ticker isn't accurate because I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks!!!

My biggest problem is eating out and I know that... I used to do really well with ordering water at restaurants too and I have totally quit that.. I never finish my plate though when we do eat out so I know I'm not eating too much! I'm not a huge snacker either so I usually just eat 3 meals a day..

I did buy a pair of size 4 jeans at Gap over the weekend so that made me smile!! I used to have to buy a size 8!!! So I know I've made progress in the last 6 months!!!

After reading your meals Now I want some red beans and rice at the New Orleans resturant we have here (yep they have a good New Orleans resturant in thailand!)
congrats on the weight also!!!! My battery is dead, I must go get a new one to see where I am at also.
