a biscuit with some scrambled egg

Ground Pati, fried veggie basket (it included broccoli, califlower, sweet potatoes, & mushrooms) & a baked potato with butter, sour cream, cheese, & bacon

Dinner:
Pizza hut, 2 slices pepperoni pizza & 1 breadstick

I have a thing for cold pizza for breakfast

piece of fried chicken

small piece of cake and two scoops of ice cream (it was DH's cousin's birthday)

I need to weigh myself because I know my ticker isn't accurate because I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks!!!
My biggest problem is eating out and I know that... I used to do really well with ordering water at restaurants too and I have totally quit that.. I never finish my plate though when we do eat out so I know I'm not eating too much! I'm not a huge snacker either so I usually just eat 3 meals a day..
I did buy a pair of size 4 jeans at Gap over the weekend so that made me smile!!

I used to have to buy a size 8!!! So I know I've made progress in the last 6 months!!!
