I have to do another test this weekend.... I need 31 to continue to Week 5.
Week 4 Day 3=
Set 1-16 (felt those last few)
Set 2-18 (pushed though and my heart is pounding!)
Set 3-13 (felt them but did good form)
Set 4-13 (heart pounding, found them harder to do)
Set 5-Max (min of 20) I did---21 (was shaking and huffing air!)
Total for today: 81
