I have to do another test this weekend.... I need 31 to continue to Week 5.

Week 4 Day 3=

Set 1-16 (felt those last few)
Set 2-18 (pushed though and my heart is pounding!)
Set 3-13 (felt them but did good form)
Set 4-13 (heart pounding, found them harder to do)
Set 5-Max (min of 20) I did---21 (was shaking and huffing air!)
Total for today: 81

woo! these are getting difficult! it's midnight here and I almost forgot to do them so I just got down on the floor and did it! w3d3

22-30-20-20- & max of 28 I did 30... so hard!

total: 122!

Yeah week 3 was hard! I felt week 4 was overall easier (not sure why just did). Troy just did his post 4 weeks test and he got 74 (up from 51-he started on week three a little after we started)

I didn't make the cut to week 5.
I did 26 pushups for my test---Which is an improvement, but I needed 31 to move on.
So I will be repeating week 4 (but this time in column 2-so it will be harder for me, last time I was on column 1 only)

Aw you'll get there! It's totally worth it and you're getting so much stronger! It's gonna be awesome when we're done and retake our pics too! I'm on week 4 this week so we're back on track together! YAY!

Yeah for us being on the same week! What column are you doing for week 4?
We may catch up with troy also--he got that high temp/headache/sore muscle illness i had last week--but he is a big baby when sick lol so he is not doing anything while sick. So he is waiting to start week 5.

I've been in column 3 for every week. I just did w4d1 column 3... and it was a BITS! omg! It was 21/25/21/21/min of 32. and I only did 32! my last two were pretty bad form as well! It was hardddd!

Push up Challenge (repeating wk 4 Day 1, this time column #2)
18/22/8...had to stop My shoulder started popping-bad....dang this week is kicking butt and taking names! But my form was great for the ones I did. I will try again tonight LOL

HUGE mental block this week. After I couldn't even finish the day 1 I just got in my head "why bother". I got a strong massage today and I had a HUGE knot on the shoulder blade area---which may be why my shoulder was popping...it HURTS now-but I think I will be good to go tomorrow, I'll just be getting more massages!!!
So I'm off to read some a Lauren's blog--and get myself re-motivated!

Ok I have been slacking. I missed so much time I don't know where to pick up again. So this weekend I am going to do a max test and see where that puts me and go from there! Shannon how are you doing?????????

I'm with you! Did you do your max test this weekend? I am going to restart week 4 today!... I don't know 'where I am' but I'm just going to do it, dangit! We were supposed to be good for Thanksgiving... bah!
