I'm not really into the whole 'blog scene' so I'm commenting here. lol. I'm interested in doing this and getting nice buff bridal arms! I apparently have commitment issues, so no guarantees. I'm about to really look into the website now.

okay I'm now looking through the site... and with photos like this, I think I'll keep looking... heh

I did 20... BUT I did the knee ones. I figure I'll feel more accomplished that way... so MWF I will do my knee push ups according to the site schedule. When I work up to 100 I will start over with the 'standard' push ups and do the 6 wk program all over again that way. Plus, on tues & Thurs I have a class at the gym I go to and we do a few push ups in there, so I figure this would work out best for me. I also got some VERY unflattering before & after photos for you! I'm excited that we're starting this on the same day! I have pictures of my arms like straight out to the sides (from and back) and a left and right view of them straight to the front, and then straight up over my head and then down by my sides. So hopefully after 6 wks and hundreds of pushups, we'll be able to tell a difference, cause right now... it ain't pretty!

good for you for doing them hungover and sunburnt! yikes! how many did you do?

Day 1 Check in....
Did mine!
(1 minute rest in between sets)
set 1: 10
set 2: 12
set 3: 7
set 4: 7
set 5: 18! (it asks to do as many as you can with a minimum of 9)

My HB is going so fast and I feel like I'm gonna die I am proud of myself though b/c I didn't think I'd even be able to FINISH it, let alone do at least 9 in the 'as many as you can' set... but I doubled it! YAY! woo! Thank God for those 60 second breaks, I just collapsed and laid there on the floor like a loser... hahaha.

I was telling Ben about it and he's kinda wishy/washy but I'm hoping at some point he'll join in as well! I had seen a thing in Sara B's siggy about this... I think she does it too so we should direct her to this thread!

What's funny is... it wasn't my arms that hurt as much as my abs!

oops I just saw I deleted the stupid photos from my PB earlier... I will fix it tomorrow!

Hey girls! I'm here. Officially I am starting week 5 but I already did my 100 for my week 4 max test! I'm going to finish the program and then go back through to see if I can get to doing 100 pretty easily instead of huffing and puffing like a steam engine. I didn't take before and after photos though. All of my tests and sets are in the thread for the challenge on the Runners World Online Beginner Forum. I'll have to copy them over to here. But this really works and it's a great workout!
