I want to start this up again because i'm hoping it will keep me on track. Hopefully writing down what i'm eating will motivate me to eat healthier. I want to be in the best shape possible for when we TTC. We got so much candy on Halloween from people so we still have a lot in our house. Since then i've been eating rather poorly. Let's just say I LOVE chocolate!! I also love diet soda and am finding it hard to stop drinking it. Recently i've been averaging about 2 cans a day. I want to stop drinking it completely, except when we go out. We used to go out a lot more than we do now though, which is good. Right now we are trying to go out to eat once a week only. I take vitamins and calcium supplements every day. I try to work out, but need to do more of it. As far as weight, i don't necessarily think i
need to lose weight, but i know it comes naturally when i eat healthy. I typically weigh about 130 lbs. when i'm eating healthier, and 133-135 when i'm not. (I'm 5'7).
Okay so here goes...
Breakfast: Bowl of honey bunches of oats (NOTE: all we ever drink is fat free milk)
Snacks: Granola bar, a few Chocolate kisses
Lunch: Left over beef enchilada casserole (it has lots of cheese and i know it's not very healthy), Can of diet soda
Snacks: M&M's, Ritz Bits (cheese)
Dinner: 1 Pancake w/butter and syrup, 2 eggs cooked sunny side up
