I want to start this up again because i'm hoping it will keep me on track. Hopefully writing down what i'm eating will motivate me to eat healthier. I want to be in the best shape possible for when we TTC. We got so much candy on Halloween from people so we still have a lot in our house. Since then i've been eating rather poorly. Let's just say I LOVE chocolate!! I also love diet soda and am finding it hard to stop drinking it. Recently i've been averaging about 2 cans a day. I want to stop drinking it completely, except when we go out. We used to go out a lot more than we do now though, which is good. Right now we are trying to go out to eat once a week only. I take vitamins and calcium supplements every day. I try to work out, but need to do more of it. As far as weight, i don't necessarily think i need to lose weight, but i know it comes naturally when i eat healthy. I typically weigh about 130 lbs. when i'm eating healthier, and 133-135 when i'm not. (I'm 5'7).

Okay so here goes...

Breakfast: Bowl of honey bunches of oats (NOTE: all we ever drink is fat free milk)
Snacks: Granola bar, a few Chocolate kisses
Lunch: Left over beef enchilada casserole (it has lots of cheese and i know it's not very healthy), Can of diet soda
Snacks: M&M's, Ritz Bits (cheese)
Dinner: 1 Pancake w/butter and syrup, 2 eggs cooked sunny side up

So i skipped yesterday but i'll try to remember everything i ate. I feel so embarassed of what i've been putting in my body that i don't want to write it down. I'd rather just hide, but here goes

YESTERDAY:
Breakfast: Bowl of honey bunches of oats,
Snacks: Granola bar, Kit Kat bar
Lunch: Beef enchilada casserole (stupid left-overs), half can of diet soda
Snacks: M&M's, Banana
Dinner: Lasagna, Can of diet soda


TODAY:
Breakfast: None
Snacks: 3 Chocolate Truffles
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich, Can of diet soda
Snacks: Granola bar, M&M's
Dinner: 1/2 Chicken Lean Cuisine, Couple bites of potato soup, Pringles, Can of diet soda

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snacks: Yogurt
Lunch: None
Snacks: Banana
Dinner: Sizzler! Steak, baked potato, salad bar, ice cream, Diet pepsi (Definitely made up for no lunch!)

Lunch: Left over steak from Sizzler, Cauliflower
Snacks: Starbucks caramel frappucccino-Tall
Dinner: Costco hot dog w/ketchup and mustard, Diet coke
Dessert: 1 Chocolate truffle

Okay so here's an update. I obviously haven't been posting what i've been eating but it doesn't seem like anyone comes around here anymore! I've been eating really pretty healthy recently.. hardly any sweets, more fruits and vegetables, and i only drink soda when we go out now! But anyway i won't probably post my food intake anymore cuz nobody's here
