good luck girl! I LOVE weight watchers! It totally works and is something you can stick with for life. Even if you are 'being bad' and not eating how you know you should... you still know in the back of your mind 'oh my god this crunchwrap is 12 points' or whatever and it's def. great b/c losing this weight will make it easier for TTC and being pregnant... and you don't want to gain like 25-50 pounds on top of where you're at now cause it'll make it harder to chase after your little one! So it's wonderful you're doing this now! I hope your weigh-in goes great this morning! You should post a food log in here where you journal your points so others can see what you're doing and help keep you on track!

WOW!!! Congrats!! that's soooo awesome!!!
I'm doing weight watchers too. I started at 209 (all time high for me and I'm 5' 4") and I'm down to 195. It's definitely a great flexible plan. I just need to get into exercising more to maximize my losing capabilities. Are you doing the flex plan or core?

im doing flex. my weigh in date is sunday morning at 8am so basically i go in, weigh in, and then eat whatever i want on sunday without tracking. i just cross off all of my 35 extra points that day=] then the rest of the week i stay within my daily points.....seems to be working so far! congrats on your loss too! how long have you been doing it?

Thanks! I started October 6th...I'm going on a cruise in April so I'm hoping to be down a total of 30...so we'll see.
My weigh in used to be Thurs nights but then they changed the woman and the new woman is horribly boring. So I now go Fri nights. Only thing I don't like about night weigh in is that I weigh more than I do in the am, but as long as it's a consistent time, you'll see the difference. My weigh in night is always my cheat night. I don't usually go too crazy but I do treat myself to something I want really bad. Let me know if you have any questions about the program

I sooo need to get my exercise in...ughhh its so hard
