Heck yeah, I weighed myself this morning and I have lost AT LEAST 25 lbs. The reason I say at least is because I stopped weighing myself after my 37 week appointment, and I was 216 lbs there

This morning's verdict....1 week post partum and 190 lbs! I was this weight several months after Aden was born I believe, so I'm already doing good

And 30 lbs to go to my weight limit! I should have no problem losing that in 6 months, but I would rather lose most of it before I go back to work in February.

Updated, I lost 6 more lbs this week! I was hoping it would be more...but then I remembered that 6 lbs is awesome lol!

Down to 178! I hope I didn't gain any last weekend because I was bad and had a couple drinks....and some french fries and other crap.

Looks like the weight is coming off nicely. A few slip ups here and there ok...its when those slip ups turn into days, which turns into weeks, etc... You get the drift. Keep it up and dont feel guilty if you indulge once in a while, just not every day, all day!
