Well I am comfortable with my weight. It is considered average for my height. But I want to flatten my stomach. I dont like how I look in that area.
So I hope to lose inches.

I have been doing looking and a stair master is the best calorie burner. 15 calories a minute. I went tonight and spend 30 minutes on it I burned 450 calories. I think if I do that 5 times a week. Then I do ab workouts through the week as well. I have also started watching what I eat. I think I might get there if I keep this up.

I have ordered 3 books about Women's Health & diet and ab workouts designed for women.

Back in college I lived in a dorm on the 5th floor and would do stair climbing as my exercise in a side hallway. I had gained the freshman 15 and was 155lbs, ended up working my butt off (stair climbing and running) and going down to 125lbls in about 9 months. Everybody kept complaining that I looked sick, so I put some of the weight back on, then switched bcp and now I've gained a lot of it back.

I havent tried the stair master yet though. If they have one in the community center, I'm going to try it out. how did you feel after those 30 minutes? the next day?

Good Luck! I hope we both are able to join the flatter stomach crew soon!

I was obviouslly tired. But I felt good. The next day my butt and legs hurt like they do after a new workout. But for the most part it was good. Once I pushed through that aching and hurt feeling the next day the first few minutes on the stiar master I was able to go real good again.

I got my book so now I just need to read them and put something together for me.
