I went to the gym 3 times this week!!
I'm so proud of me lol

I took a few months off of working out to focus on healing my injured disc in my neck. and it's getting there, sort of. but i was feeling super soft around the middle so i decided to go back to the gym regardless of the neck feeling 100% or not. last summer i did a super hard bootcamp outside in a park and that did cure my neck pain while I was doing it so i thought what the heck, why not try that again!

i feel great today! hopefully I can get to the gym on the weekend at least once too.

Yayyyy!!!!! Thats great! I'm going to go to the gym today. This will be my first time working out this year.

i got on the scale this am and I've lost 2 lbs! (in 2 weeks)
so far so good with the gym thing this week too, i've gone twice already and have a personal training session tomorrow night with SIL, so that will put me at my weekly 3!
my butt is SO SORE....along wiht my thighs, chest, arms & back! lol

KEEP IT UP SIERRA!!! You're right on target (1 lb/week). Its good that you're not trying to lose 5 million pounds in a month. That way you'll be able to keep it off longer!

OK so SIL cancelled our training session last week so I only went 2 times, but its ok i'm not beating myself up about it. I still plan to go 3 times this week.

Ughhh ok confession time. I was doing so well today, I had 2 pcs of whole wheat toast with jam, a few coffees.
then went out for brunch with dh, had an omelette and a wedge of watermelon.
then i came home and ate a bag of pinon chile toffee. propbably the equivalent of a good size chocolate bar, its not a hugemungous bag or anything but omg i was dying for some sugar and once i started the bag i could not stop. so that's my confession. I will be having home made stew for dinner tonight which i made without any added fat. So that is pretty nutritious........ugh i just love sugar and i wish i could kick the habit!

I start going to the gym tomorrow - we'll have to write each other mean emails if we don't go!! I went two days ago and I'm still so sore!

i have missed my workouts this week...boooo me!
i just have SO much school work. But I found out yesterday i'm going on vacation some place hot (surrounded by models!) so I gotta get going with weight watchers pretty strict over the next few months........WW kicked me off the USA site, so I have to rejoin on the Canadian one.

Just get back on the band-wagon as soon as possible. I fell off about 2 months ago I was up to running for an hour straight and then one day got completely burnt out of working out, so I stopped and then just stuck with weights and ab workouts. I have been VERY bad!
