Day One:
Weight: 150.8

Food:
Breakfast .25 cup of cottage cheese : 1 point

Lunch: Pasta Salad with Chicken and with red peppers: 5 points
1/3 can of diet Arizona tea : 1 point

Snacks:
Pickle : 0 points
Mango: 2 points
popcorn: 3 points

Dinner:
.25 cups brown rice: 1 point
4.5 ounces ahi tuna: 3 points
8 ounces sugar free frozen yogurt:3 points

Water: 7 glasses (thus far)
Exercise: None, I am sick. Strength training tomorrow.

19 points of 20 allotted points for day one thus far.

Awesome! Way to go. But you do need to make sure you are eating ALL of your points (unless you are on momentum and they have changed things). But way to go!!

Yesterday was a total bust

Lunch: Skipped Lunch waiting for Guy to get back with the truck

Dinner: Chicken Nuggets and Fries (Baked, home-made): 8 points

Snacks:

I am still really upset about yesterday. I didn't plan ahead and yeah. Look what happened.... I figured out if I can get through today and tomorrow without collectively exceeding 51.5 points then I will have stayed in my range for the week but I am still upset.

HEY! Do NOT beat yourself up over this! That is what flex points are for! You are totally capable of staying within your points limit for the next two days without going over your weekly allowance. You totally didn't screw up the whole week! I used to always save my flexies and have a 'binge' day basically and I always still lost. You'll be fine. Just let it go and move on... because dwelling on it will only cause you to screw up everything and it'll take a lot of motivation and dedication to get back on board.

gotta luv the flexies

i found carrying baby carrots with me helps, also i try to make a small whole wheat bagel with 1tbsp cream cheese or jam and keep that in a baggie in my purse. and dont beat yourself up about stuff either, every day, even every meal, is a new start.

Rachel... stop weighing yourself daily. Your body is going to fluexuate as is and you should really only be weighing yourself once a week. Stop that! Glad you're still on board and doing well though!
