Ok there is the MOST adorable little Nike Women training app for iphone. It's free and its called Nike Training. You have to sign up at www.nikewomen.com first and then download the app. you get to make a little character and the app is designed to have a team of people and you do your workouts and it sort of keeps track of them - theres a leaderboard. and the app walks you thru the whole workout with videos and such. I havent tried it out yet but its SO cute that i'm dying too lol
