uhh so i almost fainted in bootcamp class today......it was SO wierd. the teacher kinda caught me as i was going and i stopped what i was doing and didnt pass totally out thank gawd. bleh what an awful feeling.

I've kinda been feeling wierd all day, some stuff is a bit wonky with my AF, as in it was over then started up again but its like BRIGHT red now and just like liquid blood, like when you cut yourself. It only comes out when i am on the potty too....i just feel wierd about it kwim? Like i'm no stranger to AF but it just seems wierd, i dont need any feminine protection as nothing comes out when i'm not in the bathroom, which i also think is really weird. Nothing even came out during bootcamp. This has been ongoing for 3 days now, and i had 1 day of nothing between my AF and this situation.

Any thoughts?

hmm? i'd x-post this on the main board for more people to see... is it just when you pee? like maybe a UTI or something? Or is it that it only comes out when you're in the bathroom and isn't enough to fill a tampon/pad/diva? Do you think that this has anything to do with why you nearly passed out or was that just a coincidence?

i talked to my sister (who is a nurse) and she said the first thing is to determine whether its pee or the other, cause oddly enough i'm unsure.
so far today no blood though, but i had it last night still........fingers crossed that it just went away......

It sounds pretty serious. Almost kind of like you're peeing blood. You might want to go to the doctor if it comes back

so yeah i was for sure peeing blood, ew. went to the emerg peed in a cup (it was pink instead of yellow!) and got blood tests.
the doc said he thinks its a bladder infection, which i have never had before. apparently they are really common, the doc acted like he didnt believe me that i'd never had this happen to me before! but luckily it wasnt busy in the emerg and i got in and out in probably 2.5 hrs which is a miracle in socialized health care. on some antibiotics now......phewf, glad it wasnt stones!
