well today I had a tsp. of reduced fat peanut butter and some strawberries prior to going to curves and then later in the morning I was still hungry so I had a smart ones breakfast sandwich.
for lunch I had a whole wheat pita with hummus, ham, lettuce and low fat ranch kind of an odd combo but it was ok
then things went downhill. I got a headache which left me craving sugar sugar sugar and here I have some leftover caramel rolls from easter yum but I felt disguisting afterwards still have the headache and feel like my day is ruined. anyway if i'm hungry later I am going to make some knephla soup with some modifications I skimp on the butter and skip the potatoes and add celery and carrots instead. also i'm toooooo lazy to make the knephlas so I just buy some frozen dumpling things instead
Ingredients:
6 potatoes, chopped
2 onions, chopped
5 cups water
1/3 cup butter
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 tablespoon salt
Mix all ingredients in a pot. Boil until potatoes are soft.
Knephlas:
2 cups flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Mix everything in a bowl. When potatoes are soft, spoon in knephlas. When knephlas are hard, pour in 1 can evaporated milk.
