Hi! I usually post on the main WTTC board but decided I might as well join you here since i'm trying to drop a few pounds for my wedding in October. I'm 5'9" and have been fluctuating between 142-145 for the past two weeks. Yes, I weigh myself everyday and write it down and one day at work when I was not too busy I even graphed out my weights lol
I don't want to lose too much, maybe 7-10 lbs and lose a couple of inches.
This weekend was rough though. I was sick and couldn't work out, and drank a glass of wine or a beer every night. And last night DF decides to order a large pizza

My dress just came in and I'm trying it on tomorrow for the first time. I wish I had made more progress on the fitness thing - oh well there're 4 more months
