So I'm Lisa, I'm 22, I've been married to Andy, he's 21, since August 2006. We have two awesome daughters, Taylor-2 and Rylie-8 months. Before I had my girls I was 130. I'm 147 and in a size 8/10. I would love to be 125/130 before we start TTC in August!

*UPDATE Jan 11th, 2010* Ok, so my entire family was sick the month of December with piggy flu and sinus infections so I had no time or strength to work out. Lets try this again shall we?! Here are my starting pictures... try not to scream too much

Starting weight-147lbs

Week 1- Watching my carb intake (I eat WAAAY to many carbs in 1 day). Drinking at least 16oz of water a day and take a multivitamin.
Work out regimen- 5 min walk, 3 min jog, 5 min walk, 3 min jog, 5 min walk.1 min push ups, 1 min sit ups. Chasing after kids and cleaning the house over and over all day counts too My day off from working out is Saturdays. End of week 1- 142lbs (5lbs lost!)

Week 2-
Still watching carb intake and drinking at least 16oz of water a day with a multivitamin.
Work out regimen- 4 min walk, 5 min jog, 4 min walk, 5 min jog, 5 min walk. 1 min 20 sec of push ups and 1 min 20 sec sit ups. End of week 2-

Did the 30 Day Shred with Jillian and I feel like jello and Rylie HAS to be 100lbs For breakfast I had a piece of toast with some ice water. I never usually eat lunch as I eat dinner early (around 3:30 PM) so I can help with dinner time later. For dinner I'm having grilled chicken, haven't decided on the sides yet, and I'll have ice water.

I know it!!! I started it a few months back and I just didn't have enough time to do it when Rylie was more demanding. It IS killer! It takes a lot of motivation to get up and do it

That would be awesome! If my cycles stay every 34 days like they usually are then I should be O'ing around May 4th and it would make me due January 25th... yes, I already figured that out while my girls were napping yesterday Wow, that sounds crazy LoL. Anyway, yeah, it would be awesome if we're in the same DDC

Haha. It's okay. I'm hoping to be due at the beginning of the month. I hate being at the end of a DDC. So I'm hoping for a early March EDD and a late February baby.
Good luck for January though!!!

I hated being due at the end of the month with Rylie I was due October 4th with Taylor so it wasn't as bad but I was due with Rylie March 19th. Hopefully I'll be wrong and I'll O later thanks to early ovulation in the next month or so
